Key Resposibilities :

• Work with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integration and deployment.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
• Test and debug applications to ensure smooth performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to align on requirements and design standards.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and frameworks for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM / ERP).
• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Operations, or HR).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication & client-handling skills.
