Job Description :
Key Resposibilities :
- Conduct detailed research on industries, markets, and high-potential companies
- Identify and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Build highly targeted prospect and company lists
- Analyze competitor customer segments and positioning
- Gather insights on market trends, demand, and opportunities
- Work closely with sales teams to align research with business goals
- Collect and validate company and decision-maker data
- Segment prospects based on industry, size, geography, and need
- Maintain and update structured databases and research records
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Use tools like LinkedIn, directories, and databases for research
- Support go-to-market strategies with data-driven inputs
- Continuously refine targeting strategies for better lead quality
Requirements :
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Strong research and analytical thinking ability
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools
- Understanding of B2B markets and customer segmentation (preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn
- Problem-solving mindset with logical thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
