Lead Generation Executive

Job Description :
Key Resposibilities :
- Identify and research target companies and potential prospects.
- Find and map decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Collect, verify, and update accurate contact details.
- Use LinkedIn, databases, and tools for lead generation.
- Perform initial outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, need, fit, etc.).
- Maintain and manage lead data in CRM or tracking tools.
- Track outreach activities and follow-up consistently.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales team to improve lead quality.
- Understand product offerings to pitch value effectively.
- Segment leads based on industry, size, and requirements.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies and messaging.
Requirements :
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation / sales support / inside sales.
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or SaaS.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and prospecting tools.
- Basic understanding of lead qualification and sales funnel.
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, messages).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage and organize large sets of data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Good time management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
