Java Backend Developer

Job Summary :

• We are seeking a passionate Java Backend Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in building scalable and secure backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Java / Spring Boot.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Work with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure secure authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2).
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Maintain proper documentation of code, processes, and system design.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor  degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in backend development with Java.
• Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot framework.
• Good communication skills.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Nice to Have :

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (Angular/React) for integration.
